About

Rachel Rodriguez is a candidate for governor of Florida, attorney, business owner, wife, and mother. The daughter of a Cuban immigrant mother and a father raised on his family’s dairy farm, Rodriguez says her Christian faith, family, and commitment to hard work have shaped her life and campaign. Rodriguez put herself through law school and later built a business while raising her children with her husband. She presents herself as a political outsider focused on family affordability, individual rights, government accountability, and environmental stewardship.
